This 30mm x 5mm Neodymium Threaded Pot has a threaded M6, 5mm hole with a diameter of 30mm and a height of 15.9mm. This Neodymium pot is painted black, N45 Grade with their magnetism running through the height and can hold twenty-five kilograms before releasing. (on a 3mm mild steel plate)
Customers can identify this 30mm x 5mm Neodymium Threaded Pot with our stock code: NEOPOT
Uses for our 30mm x 5mm Neodymium Threaded Pot:
Like our other pot magnets, these have a steel surround that acts as a casing to deflect the magnetic polarity to the holding surface.
Furthermore, when compared to a similar sized raw or uncapped magnets, pot magnets have a far greater level of magnetic pull. as a result of the steel plate on the holding surface, a circuit is created between the North and South Poles of the magnet. This manipulates the magnet to create the stronger pull and makes a bigger size to strength ratio.
Customers use these magnets in a variety of applications such as in small sensors in electronics to general holding applications in the home.
As a result of these being so powerful and wanting to attract to each other, we must warn you of some potential hazards.
- Magnets can be deadly if ingested, not recommended for children.
- Use eye protection while using our magnets because if two join with force they may break or shatter.
- Magnets can wipe magnetic media such as credit cards, keep magnets away from these to avoid data loss.
