Industrial applications such as elevators and escalators also use these magnetic strips for their sensors. A Strontium Ferrite powder in a polymer matrix makes our 19mm x 3mm Magnetic Strip have its magnetic properties allowing it to be applied to any ferrous surface.

This magnetic strip is made from pieces of Neodymium magnet for a extremely strong hold.
